Shipping Policy
AiFluence Pro ships physical products sold through our store from Minnesota, United States.
Processing Time
Most physical orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Some products are made, assembled, or finished by hand. During unusually busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

When an order contains products from more than one shipping category, the higher applicable shipping rate is charged once.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery time begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Area
We currently ship physical products to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping options for your address will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available for a shipment, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.
Some small or lightweight products may be shipped using a service that does not include tracking. The available shipping method will be reflected during checkout.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order information so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
Please retain the product and packaging if an item arrives damaged, as photographs may be requested.
