The PMfluence Decision Brief is a professional decision document system designed to help teams present complex decisions clearly, make tradeoffs explicit, and preserve the context behind what was decided.

It is built as a tool for real day-to-day project work . The format can be used directly in meetings, project governance, leadership discussions, and other situations where a decision needs to be understood, documented, and carried forward.

The Decision Brief helps organize the information surrounding a decision so that the recommendation, alternatives, constraints, rationale, impacts, and next steps remain visible together instead of becoming scattered across meetings, email, and project notes.
