By purchasing or downloading any product through this site, you agree to these terms.
1. License and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for:

You may use the materials across multiple decisions, projects, or contexts.
Purchase does not transfer ownership.
2. Restrictions
Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:

- claim the materials as your own original work

4. AI-assisted use (if applicable)

- the accuracy, appropriateness, and use of any AI-generated output
Infosourceful LLC does not operate, control, or receive data from any third-party AI systems you may use.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on this site.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after this period.
6. Updates and revisions
Purchases include access to the version of the product provided at the time of download.
Updates or additional materials may be offered separately unless explicitly included with purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infosourceful LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the materials.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
