Decision tools for project leaders and teams.
About PMfluence
PMfluence
PMfluence creates practical tools for clear project leadership and better decisions.
The work centers on a simple problem: important decisions often lose their context. Assumptions go unstated. Tradeoffs stay implicit. Rationale gets scattered across meetings, email, notes, and memory. Over time, teams may remember what was decided without being able to reconstruct why.
PMfluence tools are designed to help make that context visible and usable.
They are not courses or consulting services. They are self-contained templates, logs, guided formats, and decision tools built for direct use in real project work.
The goal is not to add more process. It is to make the process already happening easier to understand, communicate, and carry forward.
Ideas Behind the Tools
PMfluence also explores the environments in which project decisions happen.
That includes questions such as:
- What information was available when a decision was made?
- Which assumptions were treated as facts?
- What tradeoffs were accepted, and by whom?
- How does decision context survive changes in people, time, and circumstance?
- What makes a project environment easier or harder to reason about?
These ideas inform the tools, stories, case discussions, and other work published through PMfluence.
