AiFluence.pro is owned and operated by Infosourceful LLC. Products purchased directly through AiFluence.pro are sold by Infosourceful LLC. See Imprint.
Products
AiFluence Pro offers both physical and digital products.
Physical products may include handmade, hand-finished, small-batch, or manufactured goods. Because some items are finished or assembled by hand, minor variations may occur and are considered part of the product rather than defects unless otherwise stated.
Digital products may include templates, guides, downloads, prompts, informational materials, and other digital resources.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, dimensions, availability, and other product information.
Colors, textures, grain patterns, engraving appearance, and other physical characteristics may vary slightly due to materials, production methods, lighting, screens, and hand-finishing.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Availability
Products listed as available for purchase are in in stock.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the purchaser and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.
Shipping
Physical-product orders are subject to the AiFluence.Pro Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and the circumstances of the order.
All returns, refunds, damaged-product claims, and related requirements are governed by the current Refund & Returns Policy published on AiFluence.Pro.
Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited license to use the product for the purposes described on the applicable product page.
Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, republished, sublicensed, or made available to others as standalone files unless the product license expressly permits it.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, product designs, written materials, graphics, templates, digital resources, photographs, branding, and other original content available through AiFluence.Pro remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
Acceptable Use
Products and materials may not be used for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
